At Heartland, we know that volunteers are an integral part of who we are and what we do. This past Friday, we had the opportunity to honor our volunteers. We enjoyed a wonderful time of community, great snacks and entertainment from Christian illusionist Derek Selinger. It was awesome to set aside this last week for our Week of Prayer and Fasting. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to unify our hearts and minds in one direction pointed towards our Heavenly Father. Many found the Week of Prayer & Fasting to be a very significant experience.
